Simply put, Tai Chi is the pursuit of Balance (Zhong) and Harmony (He) in our body and mind. But while this definition sounds simple, it is indeed the work of a lifetime! Through practices in both stillness and movement we learn to balance opposing forces and tendencies as well as integrate our attention, life force, and consciousness. This supports our healing, strengthens our health and performance, deepens our self‑awareness, and helps us move through life with greater vitality.

Our classes guide you through every aspect of the internal Taijiquan system. We teach Yang‑style Tai Chi using the clear, practical methods of Sifu Adam Mizner, one of the world’s leading instructors in authentic internal skills.
